When it rains- it pours!

Life has down poured upon us, and we are thriving and alive (though my lack of words on this blog may state otherwise)! School has been going very well. Admittedly, things started out easy and I thought, "Gee, what a breeze!" Gee. I was wrong. Though I'm loving the material that becomes more fascinating with every hour, the end of this week caught up with me and I'm pooped. One thing that can be said for nursing school is the amount of "busy" work there is. This is a snap shot of my week.

Monday: No school, but read the chapter for Tuesday.
Tuesday: School 8-3. Review whatever you learned and/or read the chapter for Thursday.
Wednesday: No school. Catch up from Monday and Tuesday like a mad woman and/or read the chapter/study for Thursday and Friday.
Thursday: School 8-10, 1-3. Review quiz for Friday, catch up on chapters for Friday.
Friday: School 8-10, 1-3. Breathe. And think about getting a head start on next week. Which, won't happen because of dishes and diapers.
Saturday-Sunday: Take a few deep, fresh, breaths and plunge into studying for whatever test or assessment is coming my way.

Wow! Somehow I do manage to keep Levi fed, dry and happy, Jon fed and happy, walk Jake, and keep myself fed and sane. I'm so blessed to have Jon by my side encouraging me all the way. If it were not for him, I think I'd be a wrecking ball. He faithfully takes Levi to his various aunts and grandmas for daycare and then buzzes down to work where he spends 8 hours attending to the task of bread winning. I'm so blessed (did I already say that?).

God has been so faithful to me when I become overwhelmed. He puts scripture into my mind that I can recite over and over. There is so much I could say. To summarize- he's caring for my sanity.

I'll add a few pictures to finish this up since you've seen a bit of my week. Not all these pictures are recent happenings.
Random shot. :)
My Mom doing the "Road to Bethlehem". A Christmas tradition that takes us through the Bible following the birth of Christ and the prophesies that led to it. Very cool. All the grandchildren like it so far.
Jon on Christmas Eve at my parent's house. He looks good in blue, don't ya think?!
Levi got the Johnny Jump up from my parents and the toy from my sister for Christmas. He loves them both!
Levi is so close to crawling- though this picture doesn't show it, he's been on his tippy-toes recently.
