We're moving! Yup, its true, but not where ya'll might think.
We've been living with my parents in their basement, sleeping on one of the hardest mattress in the world(!), and pondering where our next steps will have us sleeping our mornings away.
The house we've been interested in is now going into foreclosure (as of today) and will be relisted at a later date- at which point we will most likely re-bid on the house. Our current offer is now void and the bank completely owns the home. All of that to write, it could be at the earliest two months until we may get into the home. More realistically (but who knows with God, right?), the time it would take us to get into a house looks like this:
Now ti'll home is re-listed: 1 month
Offer made ti'll accepted: weeks to 1 month
Closing time: weeks to 1 month
Repairs on house complete: at least 1 month
So, we're looking at about four plus months that we'll be living in an apartment in or around Cambridge. Our current choices are to either rent a duplex in town or rent a basement apartment from a friend. We're waiting on the Lord for that decision. There are pros and cons with each and they seem to be even enough in weight that we're not sure which apartment to go with.
So, for all you "curious georges" out there, now you know and don't have to "monkey around" (haha) to find all the answers to your questions on our living situation.

Wow, Erin, I'm impressed by how laid back you are about all of the uncertainty & instability considering you're about to have a baby! We went through something similar right before Caden was born and I was a total wreck! Hope you get a chance to get settled before Levi arrives!
Haha... other's may tell you i'm not a wreck... but ask Jon. :)
