I'm sure that today I am the least productive housewife there is. Kudos to me, I did get up a bright 10am (for those of you who don't know, this equals about 5am fo us). The weekend was spent being busy so this morning was a last minute cramming session for a test in Christian Doctrine. Not sure how I did on the test, but hopefully well (knock on wood). I also managed to become the habitat for some strange stomach ache-thing. I'm blaming it's residence to a lack of serious protein for breakfast. However, it followed me all the way to the test and home again. I've spent a portion of my morning/afternoon on the couch pouring water down my throat, indulging in some protein and chatting online. Like I said; least productive.
I'm killing some time before Jon calls me on his 6pm break during which he will probably tell me he's headed back to work already and only has a few minutes to talk. The call may be short, but a comfort to my ears and heart to hear his voice.
They say that at about this time ( 18 weeks) the baby can start hearing my voice. I wonder if he/she can hear Jon's voice too? I would imagine so. Maybe I will start putting the phone up to my tummy (bashful smile).
In 2 weeks we will be getting the "routine" ultra-sound to make sure everything is progressing normally. We also get to find out just what our little person is. Boy or Girl? Any guesses? We'll tell you if you're right in a couple weeks.

Does that mean you are definitely finding out the sex of the baby? Or still deciding?
BOY! And I think Becca is, too! Thanks for your sweet, encouraging comment today! That made me feel not quite so...pregnant! LOL Hang in there! It goes by fast! I can't wait to hear what you're having!
By the way, I like your new (?) design and layout etc. It's snappy :) (Usually I read through my reader so sorry if it's been here a while...)
Yes, this means we're finding out the sex of the baby. :)
I've always said boy, but just today I started to have girl thoughts. Can't wait to find out!
